We ship every piece from our workshop in Asheville, NC.

Lead times

Most pieces ship within 2–4 weeks. Custom orders take 6–10 weeks. We'll email you with a tracking number the day your order leaves the shop.

Free white-glove delivery

Orders over $499 ship free with white-glove service — we deliver, place, and assemble in the room of your choice.

Where we ship

Currently we ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping available on request.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your piece on delivery. If anything arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
