30-day return window

Return any non-custom piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return shipping).

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll send pickup instructions within one business day.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned piece.

Custom orders

Custom-built pieces are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
